2. What One Guy One Truck Does
One Guy One Truck is designed for independent service contractors and solo operators who need practical software to manage day-to-day business operations. Version 1.0 of the app supports business workflows involving customers, scheduling, jobs, invoices, payments, notes, photos when the user chooses to attach them, reminder messages, and business settings.
3. Information Users Enter and Control
Users enter and control their own business information inside the app. Depending on how the app is used, this information may include customer names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, job history, appointment information, notes, photos attached to jobs, and invoice or payment records.
This information is used solely to provide the core functionality of One Guy One Truck and to help users manage their own business operations inside the app.
4. How Information Is Used
Information entered into One Guy One Truck is used only for the intended operation of the app, including organizing customer records, scheduling appointments, tracking jobs, recording notes, preparing invoices, tracking payments, attaching photos to job records, sending reminder-related content when the user chooses to do so, and saving business preferences or settings.
One Guy One Truck does not sell user information.
5. Subscription Payments
Subscription payment processing is handled entirely through Apple’s App Store. Payment card information and other payment details are not stored by One Guy One Truck.
6. Permissions
One Guy One Truck may request limited device permissions in order to support specific features:
- Camera: used only when the user chooses to capture a photo for a job or related record.
- Photos: used only when the user chooses to attach or select photos from the device library.
- Notifications: used only for reminders or reminder-related app features.
- Location: used only when opening navigation or map-related actions, if that feature is available in the app.
Each permission is used only for its intended feature and is not used for unrelated tracking or advertising purposes.
7. User Control and Data Deletion
Users may delete their own data from within the app. Because users control the business records they enter, they are responsible for managing, updating, or deleting their own data as needed.
8. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated over time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational updates. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
